Mr. Robbason handles civil litigation in State and Federal Court. He has handled jury and bench trials, written appellate briefs and argued appeals before the Vermont Supreme Court. His litigation experience includes cases pertaining to construction defects, construction contract disputes, the Vermont Prompt Pay Act, personal injury, property damage, wrongful death claims, insurance coverage, dram shop act, premises liability, automobile liability, lender recovery, and subrogation. Mr. Robbason is also experienced in providing general advice to corporations and financial institutions, in commercial foreclosures, and in providing advice to creditors in Bankruptcy matters.
