Jim Childress engaged in an affair with my wife, who was directly involved in my legal case and pregnant at the time. He abused his position as my attorney, accessed sensitive information, and acted unethically. This is not a defamatory statement as I have documented evidence, including full message conversations with timelines and images he voluntarily sent. A formal complaint is being submitted to the Virginia State Bar. This was a complete betrayal of trust. Avoid hiring him.
