Working with Al was so great. We decided to go with Al because of his expertise in contractor law. Not only is Al an extraordinarily capable attorney he also holds a contractor license in the state of Florida. My sister had a series of issues with a joke of a contractor. Al was amazing in that he provided us a wealth of Contractor statue and legislatures and helped us in getting exactly the end result we hoped for in a matter of weeks handled out of court. His response time never exceeded a 2-day window and almost always was same-day and within minutes. We are incredibly grateful to him and his assistant Esmeralda.
Paralegal was horrible and unprofessional. Zero customer service skills and took zero accountability for their error. Never responded to voice messages. Also very smug and arrogant. Do not use this law group!
