Just sold a house where the transaction was handled by Joe. When a house sale takes place the buyers get the keys immediately, and for the last 20 years the seller had funds transferred to their bank. Apparently this is not a service Joe is capable of handling. He can only cut a check and send it to the seller. How 1980’s. Check was not certified, so the bank will take a few days to verify. Meanwhile the buyers will be enjoying the home for more than a week. If you are looking for an attorney get one that can work in current millennium.
