This attorney took on a case for me in which he never provided proof that he was working on it. I paid him a retainer and then I never received any updated invoices, nor official court documents. I believe he lied to me and the whole year and a half that he was my attorney, he would take a month, sometimes 2 months to respond to my emails, text messages or phone call. I reported him to the Texas Bar Association. Beware!
Brad is a joke. This is an irresponsible lawyer that you want to avoid at all costs. I have worked with him for one year, I can tell you that he is only as good at sending over invoices for some made-up work he did in the background (he would not provide any valuable info or even proof of work when you ask). "Unreliable Brad" is only responsive before you pay him and just when you paid him. If you hired him, you have to personally keep him in check and will have to push him to do the work that you already paid for. Don't trust a word that this dishonorable person says, I am saving you time, money, and hassles or you can learn it the hard way.
Brad is an unprofessional con. All his advice is not only exceedingly bad but if you don't also ask him or follow up, he will disappear very quickly. You are just throwing your money away, I promise. In short, he is lazy, unreliable, dishonest, and he will do and say whatever he can to let you pay him to proceed with a case that might not go anywhere. You must understand even though litigation is a long and gruesome process, but he will turn it into a marathon, and he will milk you as much as he can. To put it mildly, I am saying this in the most sincere and honest way that I can. If you use him, you will lose your case before you even start it. If you already retained him, God bless you, my dear.
