I CONTACTED ANN CONCERNING MY PENDING DIVORCE AND FROM THE FIRST MEETING WITH HER SHE MADE IT VERY CLEAR TO ME THAT I WAS MOST IMPORTANT TO HER NUMBER 1--- AND THE THING I REALLY RESPECT ABOUT HER IS THAT SHE WAS VERY COMPASSIONATE AND NOT OVER PUSHING THE DIVORCE AND MADE IT CLEAR THAT SHE WOULD BATTLE FOR ME IN COURT AND SHE MADE ME FEEL VERY COMFORTABLE ABOUT THINGS --- BUT ONE THING THAT REALLY STUCK WITH ME WAS THAT SHE SAID --- I WILL DO ALL THESE THINGS FOR YOU BUT IF YOU DECIDE TO RECONCILE AND YOU CAN!!! I AM HAPPY FOR YOU-- AND WE DID RECONCILE AND SHE WAS TRUE TO HER WORD AND SHE SUPPORTED ME IN THAT JUST AS STRONGLY AS SHE SUPPORTED MY PENDING DIVORCE---SHE IS A GENUINELY GREAT LAWYER AND MORE IMPORTANTLY !!! A GENUINE GOOD PERSON!!! I WILL RECOMMEND HER TO MY FAMILY AND ANYONE ELSE I KNOW!!

 
Guardian Ad Litems

Hired Attorney

She was appointed by the court to be my dad's guardian ad litem. She was very rude from the beginning of the phone call all the way until the record button was pressed. After we said we would request a new guardian ad litem, she said something to the effect of, good thats less work for her. She never cared about my dad or his well-being for one second. I got the impression it was just another paycheck. I would rather cancel my request to encroach than to deal with her again. I'll pay for the modifications out of my own pocket before ever speak to this woman again.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.

• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.
