Hired Attorney Jennifer Sullivan

After finalization, spouse stopped paying alimony, knowing I didn't have any money to take him back to court he is off scott free. My attorney should enforce the divorce agreement and take him in for contempt, but she states that only happens if once again give her a large sum of money for the contempt. The fact that he is in contempt should be enforced by the original divorce action.
