Konstantine G. Paschalidis is an attorney admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey State Court, as well as the Federal Courts of the Eastern District of New York, the Southern District of New York and the District of New Jersey. Konstantine currently represents clients in matters ranging from commercial lease agreements to complex litigation matters. In addition, he represents and advises clients on corporate matters including employment agreements, non-compete covenants, and shareholder agreements. Prior to opening his practice, Konstantine spent several years in litigation working at both large and smaller firms and gaining invaluable experience in all aspects of cases from inception through disposition. He gained significant trial experience while working at the powerful Queens stalwart firm of Mavromihalis, Pardalis, & Nohavicka, LLP, where he handled civil litigation as well as criminal litigation matters. Konstantine was able to gain insight into corporate and construction matters while working in house for a Manhattan real estate developer. During law school, Konstantine was heavily involved in the nationally recognized mock trial program at St. John's and participated in the District Attorney's externship, where he was able to prosecute cases under the supervision of Assistant District Attorneys. Konstantine dedicates his spare time to pro bono representation, including the representation of charity organizations and discriminated individuals seeking asylum.
