About Edward P. Capozzi

Edward P. Capozzi’s mission extends far beyond obtaining maximum compensation for his catastrophic personal injury clients—he transforms the courtroom into a stage where justice comes alive through artistic presentations and his innovative “Domino Theory.” After transitioning from a successful career as a musician to the practice of law, Capozzi brought his performance artistry and storytelling skills into New Jersey courtrooms. Certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a civil trial attorney—a distinction reserved for less than 2% of attorneys—he exclusively handles automobile, trucking, NJ Transit, products liability, elevator and other catastrophic personal injury cases. A devoted collector of sports, music, and historical memorabilia, he continues to blend his passions for performance and advocacy both inside and outside the courtroom.
