Josie received her undergraduate degree from the University of Oregon in 2010, her law degree from the University of Oregon School of law in 2014, and was admitted to the Oregon State Bar that same year. Josie joined the firm in January 2015. Her practice focuses on family law. Josie was amazing. I had consultations with several attorneys about transferring my custody case and parenting plan from one state to another, and she was the first person who actually took the time to explain how I could complete some of the paperwork on my own instead of charging me for something simple I was capable of doing. That honesty meant a lot to me. She helped me with my custody, child support, parenting plan, etc. When my ex-husband filed counterpetitions, which happened more than once, Josie not only got his requests denied, but was able to secure even more for me in the process. I never had to say a word in court. She is upfront, honest, kind, and incredibly effective.
