About Jarrett Avery Archer

Jarrett Avery Archer, a native of Sandersville, Georgia, is the founding attorney of Avery Archer Law Firm, LLC. After graduating from Washington County High School, he attended Berry College, where he played football and earned a degree in history. It was during this time that he discovered his passion for law, setting him on the path to becoming an attorney. Avery graduated as valedictorian from Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School in 2020, earning numerous accolades, including the Honorable Harold R. Banke Advocacy Award and induction as the inaugural member of the school’s Order of the Quill. He also contributed to the AJMLS Law Review, won 10 CALI Awards for academic excellence, and gained practical experience through Phi Alpha Delta’s mock trial team and multiple legal internships. Following law school, Avery worked as a provisionally licensed attorney due to the COVID-19 bar exam postponement, gaining hands-on experience in litigation and legal drafting. Admitted to the Georgia Bar in 2020 and the Florida Bar in 2022, Avery quickly became a named partner at a general practice firm before founding Avery Archer Law Firm. He is a member of several professional organizations and remains dedicated to providing personalized legal representation.
