They are a very professional law office. We were treated as if we were very important to them as clients. They got our case closed and were good about follow up with us to make sure we were pleased with their work.
Real nice when you first meet him and seems to be really intent on helping but you never know what is going on. You have to repeatedly call him to get him to do something. We had to have a mediator come in and were supposed to try and settle things. Mr. Boyd said that we would keep trying for a few hours (costing me money not him) but they asked all of us one question, nobody agreed, and they told us we were done, that nothing could be settled. We were really surprised and aggravated.
My family went to Boyd and Boyd for several different legal matters. They were very friendly and seemed interested in helping us. However, with regard to one issue, they recommended an action that we did not want to do, and they were obsessed about their suggestion, which served to close off communication about alternatives. In addition, the firm did not carry out several required legal actions, one of which cost my family a lot of money. We were very disappointed with our experience at Boyd and Boyd.
This guy did not handle the case correctly and it’s completely unfair. Perfect example of what is wrong with our justice system .
