I thought Mr. King was exceptional. This is the second house I bought. Mr. King was very good at explaining the ins and outs of Real Estate.
We were very pleased with how efficient he was in getting the paperwork completed on a timely basis. He also returned phone calls in a timely manner.

He represented us in the purchase of our home. He did some squabbling with the seller and served us very well. He, and his staff, were quick in their responses and represented us well.
For a simple residential real estate closing, Mr. King's legal services were adequate.
Went to Attorney King to handle Life Estate Deeds, he was referred by another attorney in the area for handling estate planning. After nearly a month we were called by in to complete the process and I was provided copies of my documents. He then asked if he could handle any wills or POA needs. My husband and I agreed. After another month, we returned to review and finalize the information we had provided for our wills only for him to ask if we wanted to do Deeds on our properties. My husband and I looked at each other in confusion and then told him "he" had already completed those for us. It wouldn't have been a big deal that he was looking at the WRONG page on his legal pad except for the fact that he treated me like I was incompetent and didnt know what I was talking about. He talked down to me and wouldn't take my word for it and called his assistant to only find out he was WRONG. Instead of apologizing he started asking us if we had had covid! I would not recommend him!!!
This office was hired to complete the closing for our house. We closed eight days over the original closing date. They would not return phone calls or emails from me or my realtor. This was a horrible experience and I would not recommend. None of the documents or required information was obtained or completed until the closing date. Heather was rude and unfriendly. The experience left a very bad taste with me and my family.
