As a highly respected advisor and counselor with over thirty years’ experience, Vince’s practice areas include business transactions, local government law, land use, real estate and business litigation. In the business sector, he has represented Hardees’ franchisees, large manufacturing, contractor and health care companies, along with many small and mid-sized businesses.

Vince is highly involved in the community where he serves as a member of the Advisory Board of Rocky Mount Salvation Army, and as a member of Rocky Mount Kiwanis Club. He has served on the boards of the local Chamber of Commerce, Kiwanis Club, United Way, Red Cross, and Christian Fellowship Homes. Away from the office, Vince enjoys UNC football and basketball, along with golf, and family beach trips.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
