Hired Attorney Ms. Lavonne Torrence

Attorney Torrence was extremely thorough in reviewing my commercial lease and negotiating with the landlord's attorney representative. Her communication skills are outstanding and she explained every section of the lease in laymen's terms which made it very easy for me to understand. Her response was prompt and professional. She was dedicated and diligent and took the time to understand my goals and what I wanted to get out of the negotiations.
