Hired Attorney

Tamika has been amazing, she is easy to talk to and I can tell that she cares about the outcome of her clients case. She has made our court process much easier and I feel confident in her abilities. I highly recommend Tamika Walker.

I am a single mother of 3 and my 1st attorney I let go as he hadn't even filed papers yet. Needless to say Tamika acted like a concerned attorney until I was told to find a place for my kids and I and we moved out of the marital home, which I put 85,000 into as well as losing all my 401k to bills as no child support being pd etc, needless to say I would never recommend her unless you want a lawyer who does not put her client and their children 1st. If you can afford to throw away $, she's the 1

My office cannot comment on individual matters, In family law matters, litigation is often complex and can include parental allocation, and assets and debt division. My office works very hard to achieve the most favorable outcome for our clients.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.

• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.
