Every complaint on this website is absolutely true erin walsh was my gal she done nothing for me. Erin ruined my life she lied and continues to lie through her teeth. Horrible gal wouldn't recommend to anyone . It's now 3 years later and erin wants another bill , for what though she was paid and paid in full . This is not justice , one day I will get my justice for what she did to me when I was a kid .

She used to be good now she is only about the money, no communication at all unless she wants money right now. Did not even know in our case that other party atty fees were not disputable yet ran the bill on that. We had a flat fee agreement until case closed yet at Christmas she must have needed money and sent me a huge bill and demanded immediate payment. I would take care of it but not immediate so she withdrew and filed a judgement. Every college we talked to said that is not professional and very rare to behave that way. One said he only knows of it twice in his 45 years of happening. Be very careful with her, nice to your face ( when you can get a call ) but will turn on you in a instant. You will get her assistant most of the time anyway. Paid her off a week later, gravy train is over for her. Much better out there. Communication is horrible, and was getting thrown around the court room by opposition.

Tom. Your statements regarding my representation are untrue. Please refer back to your engagement letter wherein you agreed to be billed by the hour and pay all fees upon receipt of the invoice. Erin Walsh

Erin was appointed the GAL in my highly combative case of an ex wife constantly accusing me of domestic violence in order to alienate me from my children. Erin conducted her report for the courts and literally left 95% of my side of the case out of the report. What she did include on my behalf was wrong. She spent the majority of the report claiming some fictitious story of how I drove an ex girlfriend to the desert to kill her and this lucky woman leaped from a moving car to be saved by a pedestrian walking his dog "in the desert." This helpless woman somehow recovered her phone and called the police but decided not to press legal charges against me but somehow and for some reason contacted my ex wife from 7 years prior and living 2,000 miles away to tell her the story. Huh? In the GAL report not one name, not one date, not a police report, not the damn dogs name. NOT ONE BIT OF DETAIL and THIS MADE THE REPORT. This woman destroyed my family and didn't even research evidence.

This review is an absolutely untrue. Read his review with an understanding that everything he says is the opposite of what he actually occurred.

If I could have put 0 stars on here I would. The courts appointed Erin as GAL in our case. I was in an highly abusive relationship with my ex in which, he used the system as a means for post-separation domestic abuse to gain power and control over our child and me. He is a strong salesman and his tactics worked on her with flying colors. Her ignorance of domestic violence and post-separation abuse is one thing but her blatant disregard for finding the truth about it is another. Do not contact.
