when ever i called the office i always got got a answer to any thing i asked. if they were not able to talk at the time i got a call back within a hour or so. they seemed to really care about me as a person.
Number of times I was told they would keep me informed and call back and it didn't happen. I had to call them to get the details on what was going on and where we were at in the process. The lawyer I had was a laid back individual but still got things done. I was very satisfied with the end result and the fees were more than agreeable.
At the initial meeting, he was a good listener but trying to reach him after he accepted the case, was difficult to contact. His assistant staff was not reliable or communicable when needed. The case took longer than expected, 2 years.
