Canfield & McKenna Attorneys at Law is a law firm with an office in Rockford, IL. At this office location, there is 1 lawyer practicing marital and family law, divorce mediation, adoption and 15 other areas of law.
Extremely professional and prepared. I have used this firm 3 times over the past 6 years and always received positive results. I recommend this firm to everyone I know that needs legal help.
From the moment I stepped in Mr. Canfield's office I felt at ease. Everyone I knew told me that I would have to become a weekend dad, and I would owe my ex-wife everything I owe, including the clothes on my back. Mr. Canfield made my divorce as easy as possible and I ended up with keeping my house and my kids. He was able to give me everything I wanted, as well as everything he promised. I will be calling Mr. Canfield for all my legal needs.
Last I heard from him, he was going to file another motion. Never heard again from his office. Phone calls were at appointed times due to the fact that I was out of state. But was put on hold during calls, then told he had to let me go cause he had another long distance call. Too intent on going through the motions and running up fees, instead of easily letting agreements be reached.
Does not support HB4113. Apparently equal parenting time and father's right do not fit within their agenda.
