He isn't very communicative but someone there answered my questions. He has a great reputation and was fairly priced.

We recently started working with Mr. Scovil, so we have not had very many experiences with him yet, but thus far the communication has been disappointing. He is very busy, as he is highly sought-after, therefore it is basically impossible to get ahold of him on the phone and two times he has called me back he hasn't had my file in front of him so he didn't even really know who I was or how to answer my questions.
