Hired Attorney Mr. Richard D'Agostino

No sense of urgency. Did not return calls or emails in timely manner, took weeks to get a response for nearly each attempt of contact. Has no assistance when unavailable.
He is personable and seems to genuinely care for clients and their situations. However, needs to communicate in a timely manner. He is paid in full before beginning services and services are not rendered.

Hired Attorney Mr. Richard D'Agostino

Stay away from this lawyer. Slow to respond while working with him. Opposing party had to pay money, which was payed through Rick first, and he never gave us the money. Kept saying he was going to send out and never did. Now won't return calls or emails. Find another lawyer

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
