Hired Attorney Charles M. Black Jr.

Well versed in all areas pertaining to elderlaw concerns: Estate planning, wills, medicare/medicaid issues, etc. Very personable, genuine and takes time to explain everything in detail. Very thorough in execution as well. Would highly recommend to anyone and have recommended to my friends.

Do not expect them to return your phone calls, answers to any of your questions or even update you about your loved ones estate. In my opinion Charles Black is the epitamy of a grifter and piece of worthless trash.

I called to discuss a possible case and the woman who took my call was so incredibly rude and condescending. Of all the great receptionist and paralegals out there, they chose this woman. I question their judgement in a 3 min call, so definately will use someone else.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
