Knowledgeable and honest.
Woods Oviatt met all of my needs at the time of the service requested
I was very impressed with the individual lawyer we used. He was right on top of all our matters.
Timely responses
Reliable and effective.
The quality of service was good, but the fees nearly bankrupted us before we could get started. I believe there was a lack of understanding regarding their financial impact on our business. I have since hired a new attorney.
He handled an ancillary regarding a property in Otsego county. My signature was forged on a Waiver and Consent. Whether or not he was aware of the forgery when the document was submitted is not the point. After my initial phone call informing them of what happened, my calls/emails were blocked and he participated in the cover up of this crime.Stay far away from him.
