After 15 years of defending people from DWI accusations, I have seen quite a bit. You can see all my trial results at the website, and the reviews from clients I have helped are available at Avvo and Google. What you need to know is that when you call, you will be treated with respect. After you give some basic information to my assistant, you will talk with me. Not a salesperson. Not a lawyer who isn't actually going to represent you in court. You will speak with me, and I will be the one who works on your case. We can talk about what led to your arrest, and how we might defend you. I'll give you a quote for your defense over the phone (misdemeanor charges start at $3,500). After we talk, we can meet in person. Remember that the worst things you read on the internet about the penalties for DWI are just that - worst possible outcomes.
