Hired Attorney

Erin did a fantastic job explaining the disability process to me. I was only 47 when I was permanently injured and could no longer work and she walked me through the red tape, which of course was miles long. At the end of it all(15 months later) I received my first check. I called her office to make sure she was there and brought her some flowers for all her hard work. We, as the public have no idea how hard it is to put up with us and I give lawyers a lot of credit.

Hired Attorney

Had no clue how to handle simple WC claim. HR lied about injury, NOT heart attack. 3.5" rotator cuff tear, left shoulder. Took 8 months for MRI approval, 10 months surgery. Nine court dates, 3 IME visits. Surgical failure after 12 months, case closed one month later. Perm. disabled. Ended up dead broke. Very sloppy.
