I would not recommend this firm! Ten years ago I had a clear cut case for my construction accident and the lawyer that was in charge of my case didn’t get the paperwork filed in a timely manner and the judge denied my case! Mr. Brown called me on the phone and explained how the lawyer messed up and that he no longer works for them! He apologized to me and hung up the phone! My family and I have been suffering ever since my injury and wasn’t compensated a penny from my injury I’m still dealing with! Every time I drive to Buffalo and see their billboard on the 190 I’m reminded! Sad that I was done this way!

The claim to be voted "highest in ethics". They truly degrade the entire legal profession and will lie, cheat, and give false and deceiving information/advice to one client to benefit the opposing attorneys or their other clients and themselves. Karma will befall this shady operation, specifically, Don, Jim and Angelo.

These attorneys solicited my elderly mother over a mesh lawsuit. She never received a dime all while the attorneys collected their fees. Worse lawyers ever, highly do NOT recommend using them!

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
