Barry is a poor example of a litigator and officer of the court. He is in more concerned with billing and being paid than advocating for his client. He is verbally abusive to his clients and members of his team, fails to accurately write his briefs, and does not strategize with clients. Barry is unwilling to take direction or any suggestions. Avoid him and any attorney currently or previously associated with this firm as they will have no morals.
Barry Guagliardi being an officer of the law is an oxymoron! He should be barred from practicing, and belongs in prison. Guagliardi will be nice to you until he gets your retainer. Then he’ll ignore your case until the 11th hour. He will then blackmail you for more money, threaten to not represent you the next day in court. He’ll hand off his responsibilities to his employees, and he’ll be late constantly… Getting many flat tires in his brand new Cadillac Escalade! He’s lazy, a pathological liar, a thief, a con artist, and basically the scum of the earth! He has a very long history of suing his clients when he’s done abusing and ripping them off… Look it up… It’s all available via the open records act… Yes that’s correct, he SUES HIS CLIENTS after SCREWING THEM! I don’t wish this man’s practice on anyone!
Barry Guaglardi will lie, cheat , coerce and do whatever is necessary to get every dime you have to "help" you. Then, he will do fake hours to exhaust your retainer with busy work and assigning the case to associate attorneys BEFORE you even do your first court date/meeting. He is unethical , sexist , and does not have high morals. Be warned.
