I want to share my negative experience with Attorney Joel Sherlock in Roberta, GA. I met with Sherlock on Friday March 10, 2023 in Roberta, GA to discuss a real estate transaction. I DO NOT RECOMMEND Joel Sherlock as an attorney because: 1) He did not record the correct date of the consultation. 2) He did not sent the correct emails to all parties (especially the party not present). 3) He NEVER sent an email to outline our meeting or any correspondence for that matter. We never received any communication from him since the first meeting. After notifying Sherlock of the incorrect information and lack of communication, The following is the exact written response): “I would like to apologize for our misunderstanding and delay in response. At this time, we do not feel that we can devote the time necessary to address the various and specific aspects of your proposed transaction. We make no charge for the consultation. If you would like a referral please let me know and I will send." :(
