Do not use this firm for real estate transactions. The Robbins office is ridiculously slow, unresponsive, and doesn't deal with concerns in a timely manner. We started the sale of land in 2024, and signed paperwork in March 2025 (after much prodding). It finally closed in May 2025, over two months after we signed the docs in March. They did not ensure that the buyers had hazard insurance in place at the time of closing. (We are financing the purchase.) They did not provide us with a draft of the HUD closing statement until the night before closing, so we did not have time to study the documents until after closing. Consequently, there was no hazard insurance in place for approximately one month. Fortunately, nothing happened, but when we contacted the firm, they made ridiculous excuses (often self-contradictory), and tried to defect blame onto the buyer. That's insulting because their firm represented both us (the sellers) AND the buyers in this transaction.
