John Weber, a graduate of Wake Forest University, earned his degree in political science and philosophy in 1992, where his studies focused on legal issues and the historical evolution of law. His passion for writing during college equipped him for the writing demands of law school, leading him to graduate from the University of Richmond Law School that same year. He began his legal career advocating for individuals in and around Danville, Virginia. Recognized for his exceptional trial skills, John joined Gentry Locke, a prestigious firm in Roanoke, Virginia, where he honed his litigation practice, focusing on insurance defense, personal injury, and workers' compensation. Over time, his career flourished as he learned from top attorneys in Virginia. In 2003, John co-founded a firm with Stuart Pearson, successfully handling cases for over a decade. His career also included an appointment to the bench before he returned to private practice. Today, John remains dedicated to representing clients across all levels of the Virginia court system.

Leave a review about your experience with this lawyer.John was able to help our family navigate a stressful case involving our son and his vehicle. John did a great job of explaining the charge and the way the process worked so that we understood our options and could make a well informed decision about how we wanted to handle the case. John's knowledge and ability to listen to what we were saying made the experience very positive.
⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience working with John Weber during my case. The best part of working with him was his communication. He consistently provided updates, responded quickly whenever I had questions, and was very flexible about finding times for us to connect. During a stressful and emotional process, that level of responsiveness made a huge difference. In the courtroom, he was confident, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable, but what stood out most was how genuine and compassionate he was toward my situation. I always felt like he truly cared and was advocating for me, not just representing a case. I'm incredibly grateful for his support and would highly recommend him.
Working with Mr Webber has always been a great pleasure he has always gotten the job done for me been there when I needed him highly recommend Mr John Webber and will be using him for any further cases
