Christian represented myself in a custody dispute and argued my views on the situation very well in a way that resonated with me. He was able to get a positive outcome with what was provable to the courts. He responded well and challenged things that were brought up for the first time in the court room. He provided sound advice throughout the process and after the courts conclusion gave me advice on what the future may hold.
I would not recommend Mr. Persinger for any type of representation. When he represented me, the judge asked him a very simple question. Mr. Persinger stuttered and stumbled all over his words. The judge basically had to dumb down the question to get a clear answer. He looked, and in turn made me look, like a total fool. I walked out of the courthouse at a total loss. I was told it was a win...not sure how. When he found out I had new counsel, he sent me an increased bill, asking for over $1,000 more than what he said he would charge me. Save your money.
Working with this attorney was the biggest mistake I ever made. He did not represent me. He agreed with my x attorney and told me I had no choice. He was one of the people responsible for sending my children into a alleged abuse by whom was suppose to be the supervisor after being told that she was not stable. Then refused to refund any of my money saying he took case for one lump sum.Which I told him he never represented us. Please get a attorney who represents you and your children,not one who agrees with opposing attorney
