Luiey Ghaleb Haddad

Luiey G. Haddad is an experienced and aggressive trial attorney with over a decade of experience in trial practice, real estate law and civil litigation, including business law, business formation, contract disputes, real estate transactions, Landlord-Tennant disputes, commercial and residential lease negotiations, fraud and unfair business practices, transactional law, bankruptcy and personal injury cases. Mr. Haddad is also a Licensed California Real Estate Broker (BRE Broker Number 01756771).   Mr. Haddad has extensive experience in civil business, real estate litigation, and real estate transactions working with large and small businesses, and individuals. Mr. Haddad is recognized as an aggressive and effective litigator and has successfully represented numerous high-profile clients in State and Federal Courts, including government officials and large national corporations. Luiey G. Haddad earned his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. He then earned his Jurist Doctorate Degree from Indiana University School of Law, Bloomington.   Mr. Haddad went on to excel and earn his Legal Masters Degree (LLM) specializing in Federal Trial Advocacy from California Western School of Law. Mr. Haddad has earned The National Trial Lawyers Top 100 Trial Attorneys and Top 40 under 40 awards for exemplifying superior qualifications as a trial lawyer. Mr. Haddad is an active member in a number of professional organizations including the San Diego County Bar Association, San Diego Chamber of Commerce, and The National Trial Lawyers Association.   Mr. Haddad is also an Instructor of the Managing Project Quality, Negotiations, Contract and Procurement course at the University of San Diego. Mr. Haddad volunteers his time as an attorney-coach for the San Diego High School Mock Trial Team Competition coaching high school students the skills necessary to be successful in the field of trial law and in life. Mr. Haddad is also a mentor to students aspiring to attend college with the Pay It Forward Mentoring Program in San Diego County. Mr. Haddad is admitted to practice before every state court in California and is a member of the Federal Southern and Central District Courts of California, and is a licensed Real Estate Broker with the California Bureau of Real G. Haddad specializes in criminal defense with a track record of solid results. Mr. Haddad earned his Bachelor's Degree from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
