Mirna El Hazin was fair in pricing her services considering my situation. She allowed me to make payments in two parts to coincide with my payroll check processing.

Mirna handled my ugly divorce better then I could ever imagined. She is very patient and knows when to approach each situation. Other attorneys wanted much more up front then she did.

Charged significantly more than other lawyers. Did not return phone calls and on several occasions never showed up for scheduled meetings. Reviewed paperwork was not accurate and complete. When desired services paid for could not be rendered, did not refund any portion of the fees. We basically paid $4,000 for incorrect paperwork, one 30 minute meeting, and a few phone calls. BK was never filed.

DON'T waste your time and money!! Offered a flat agreeable fee amount. Do most of the work myself and it would be cheaper for me. I wrote a 10 page declaration (she charged me 19 hours at $450 for my declaration I wrote that she plugged a few codes into), I paid to have a 3rd party transcribe my audio evidence (she charged me again), I supplied all of the plaintiff's criminal/domestic cases, texts (only evidence used). She said repeatedly, this is a slam dunk case. After 9 months of extensions there was no defense at all. It was like she didn't even know my story. Reverted only to, "Isn't it true..." questions because she was so lost and disorganized. Her Candy Crush game had more of her attention than my case. Plaintiff wasn't following new custody orders and she said it would just cost me more and very little outcome. No compassion at all! I have a bill $14,000 over our agreed terms! I'm chasing them to correct errors they want to charge me to correct. Will be reporting to the Board

I strongly advise against hiring this attorney. She was completely unprepared and failed to file critical paperwork with the court, leaving me without proper representation. She offered no support, no defense, and seemed utterly disorganized and uncomfortable throughout the entire process. Not only did she fail to follow the terms of our contract—like notifying me when my balance reached $1,000—but she also doubled the retainer fees without any warning. Her billing practices are shady at best, and it's clear she's manipulating hours to pad her paycheck.This attorney doesn’t keep you informed about your case—you’re left in the dark, forced to chase her down for updates. In court, she provides no guidance or strategy, leaving you to figure out your own evidence and defense. When it comes time to speak, she’s either silent or clueless, offering nothing of value.Her lack of professionalism, honesty, and basic competence is astonishing.
