Mr. Wooden is an associate in the firm’s Sacramento, California office. He has extensive experience in general civil litigation including premise liability, personal injury, construction negligence and defect, real estate law, employment law, and corporate law.
Mr. Wooden graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and thereafter received his law degree from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law and also studied law at Arizona State University Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law. Mr. Wooden is licensed to practice law in three states: California, Arizona, and Colorado.
Mr. Wooden is a skilled litigation attorney with experience in all aspects of civil litigation. In his leisure time Mr. Wooden enjoys spending time with his family, playing the cello, hiking, camping, fishing, triathlons, and many other outdoor activities. Mr. Wooden became fluent in Japanese while serving as a missionary in Northern Japan. He is an active member of his church, where he serves in various positions including working with the youth and in the scouting program.
