I would NOT recommend anyone with INJURIES to this firm. The firm gave wrong information about providing doctors and Mr. Ellis did not respond for a couple of years, having no knowledge of the case. He was cold, without sympathy, loud, non caring. After showing no interest, he SETTLED THE CASE WITHOUT NOTICE. Other attorneys contacted gave a shocking and negative report about Mr. Ellis. In my experience, and opinion he FAILED HIS OWN MISSION STATEMENT.
SCAMMERS WHO STEAL CLIENT'S MONEY! I currently have an open State Bar complaint against Andrew Ellis, Boris Briskin, and Nikta Yazdi, and I will be suing them for legal malpractice. They didn't prepare my case for trial, and forced me into a settlement where they would keep 100% of my money. I was injured in a car crash and I still have pain but ended up with nothing thanks to these CROOKS! They are also working with the doctor's that they refer you to, it's all a SCAM! If anyone is interested, we should file a Class Action case against them as it's obvious that they have been scamming a lot of other clients. RUN! RUN! RUN! RUN! RUN! RUN!
I hire Andrew L. Ellis for a personal injury case, the attorney has a very poor communication, in one occasion he start screaming at me and he was verbally abusive, it was a nightmare I wish nobody will go throw this, and I do not recommend nobody to contract the service of this person .
I was the victim of an auto accident, I was injured, I had an eye-witness, yet Mr. Ellis procrastinated so long that I wound up with an insufficient settlement and took a 90% loss.
