My first introduction to Christine Smith was in doing a 1031 exchange and selling my New York property. To sum up, I could not have done this without the involvement and support of Christine. To say she was helpful doesn't come close to describing here participation. There was not a question I had (and I had many) that she was not able to answer and in a timely fashion. I would recommend her to anyone without hesitation.
