I only have experience with him as a judge. He did not show himself to be impartial. He participated in a meeting prior to a conference call with the other claimant’s attorney and then showed himself to be extremely biased to their side during the conference call. We had no legal representation at that meeting and were not even made aware of it until AFTER he had ruled against us. I did not find him to be a man of integrity at all.
