Mr. Robert David did a great job at getting what we needed which was future medical services for our daughter. We were pleased with his services and would recommend him to other families who are going through malpractice. He is honest and trustworthy and will not take advantage of families. He's been practicing law for over 30 years now.

This firm was contacted for a sit down consultation regarding a potential medical malpractice case. After weeks of no response I eventually followed up. It was then that an attorney called me stating that they would not take my case. The true disappointment was when he referenced my injury incorrectly, he asked no questions, he did not fully review or discuss any supporting documents and he made a decision with out providing me any type of consult. When I asked for a specific referral for a medical malpractice attorney, he stated he didn't have one and to contact the Bar Association. The minimal effort and indifference I experienced left me genuinely deflated and disappointed.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
