Al proved to be extremely slow in moving thru the probate process, and then, once nearly thru (after more than a year had passed), he dropped the entire matter (which still involved the establishing of a trust) back in my hands, leaving me to seek out another attorney to complete the job. Adding insult to injury, he raised his rates midway thru the job without informing me, jumping from $350 to $375 an hour, which I only discovered when he sent the invoice. Let's not talk about ethics.
