you get what you pay for. She is amazing. Beautiful and deadly--she will fight for you in a smart, realistic way--pulls no punches. Tells it like it is. I respect her honesty. The office staff is responsive and capable.

I would like to correct the above review as it has inaccurate information. When I asked if Clifford & Duke had free consultations, they said no that they charged an initial consultation fee. I was told upfront how much it was and what kind of payment they accepted. I asked what the range of the retainer fee was and I was told $1,250 to $15,000 depending on my situation. When I decided to retain Ms. Duke, I was told that whenever I could get the money together would be acceptable but that they couldn't start working on my case until I paid the fee and signed the Agreement. Ms. Duke did an amazing job for me and I would highly recommend her to anyone.

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
