Only complaint so far is that Mr. Flax seems to be overwhelmed with work making it difficult to respond to call backs/emails within a reasonable amount of time. Also at times he seems rushed so when we do get responses, they are not necessarily completely answering our questions.
Kept repeating the same questions and not providing all the evidence to the court, also asked to have witness present, did not give notice, but one with wrong name also wrong name in document to me, think he should retired, very unorganized, lack of knowledge in family law
