For the convenience of our clients, each of our offices are located within close proximity to I-95 and I-64 and many members of our team speak both Spanish and English.
Outside of the courtroom, our attorneys and staff members are active in several organizations and societies, including the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association, the Legal Aid Society, the American Association for Justice, the Workers Injury & Law Advocacy Group, and the Virginia Workers’ Compensation American Inn of Court. In several instances, our attorneys have provided consultation at the state and national level to help legislators draft legislation on workers’ compensation issues.
