Writing this review is unusual for me, but I feel compelled to share my experience to prevent others from making the same mistake. We hired Patrick Henry to represent us in a case against our builder involving contract defects and a switch from a high-quality product to a significantly inferior one during the construction of our million-dollar home. Initially, Patrick seemed confident in our case, citing strong evidence we provided during our initial meeting. This evidence included emails and video recordings clearly supporting our claims. However, our optimism quickly turned to disappointment and frustration. Despite assurances of a robust defense, Patrick's performance fell far short of expectations. Communication was a major issue—weeks would pass without updates, and when we did receive communication, it was often vague and lacking substantive information.
