I did recommend her services to a co-worker whose husband died six weeks after mine. We both felt that Ms. Pinchbeck was too busy to help us and she passed us off to her law clerk. The billing process was never discussed. I failed to collect a $330,000 accidental death policy from MetLife due to the inexperience of the law clerk.
Had the unfortunate experience to deal with Ms. Pinchbeck for a family matter. My wife had an amazing father who took great care in Estate Planning. All 3 children went to Ms. Pinchbeck in an attempt to work together to resolve the disposition of the Trust. Kimberly decided she would just work with one member of the family, and communicated to my wife that the process would take 12-18 months. Ms. Pinchbeck was slow to respond (if at all) to questions, was patronizing to family members, wrote a derogatory email to an extended family member, and protracted the settlement unnecessarily. It took almost 2.5 years to settle a simple matter- completely unwarranted and without justification. Would find another attorney and stay away from this one. Would not recommend Kimberly for any legal issue.
I was recommend to her law firm by a business friend and it was the worst advise I could have been given. I was on time for my appointment and had to wait 20 after my appointment time to see her. In conversation her legal fees changed for services faster than I could keep up with her speaking. I would NOT recommend this attorney.
