Was very helpful in using the courts to have an annuity company release funds our daughter inherited so that we could invest them for our daughters 529 education plan. Kept billable hours to what was necessary, very conscientious about our desire to not go through an expensive process.
Communication was poor from the beginning, and did not get better. Unable to recommend any areas to review for James Cooke because he is unable to locate the 'Reply' button. Nothing fails like 'success'!
