Alden began his legal career in 2005 as a commercial litigator and labor & employment attorney after graduating from the University of Richmond School of Law. From 2005 to 2012, he worked at two law firms, managing a wide range of commercial litigation and employment matters. In 2012, he left Williams Mullen in Richmond, Virginia, to become general counsel at Faneuil, Inc., a business process outsourcing firm in Hampton, Virginia. During his tenure, he held various executive leadership roles, overseeing human resources, benefits, recruiting, and operations functions, while negotiating contracts with private companies, state agencies, and quasi-governmental entities.
In 2021, Alden joined a large international business process management and technology company, serving as Senior Vice President, Legal and Compliance for North America. In this role, he led a team responsible for contract negotiations, compliance, and licensing efforts. In 2024, Alden founded Eldredge Law Group, where he focuses on helping businesses overcome legal challenges and achieve their strategic objectives. Whether assisting startups or advising established companies, Alden leverages his extensive experience to provide practical legal counsel tailored to each client’s needs.
