Retained this attorney for a construction problem with house. He did nothing for about 2 months, because he was in some kind of trial. Then, when he did surface, he did not seem familiar with details of case. Finally, he advised us not to proceed with additional legal action, because it probably was not worth it. Later, he sent a letter to the construction company that he was no longer representing us - seems fishy? Do not use this guy.
