Hired Attorney Michael F. Eubanks

Mr. Eubanks was always quick to respond when I needed to speak with him or had questions. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything regarding our case thoroughly. He was personable to work with and made us feel at ease with the direction in which we proceeded with our case and we ultimately ended up winning the case. It was obvious by observing Mr. Eubanks interactions with court officials that he is very highly respected by the legal community which in my opinion speaks volumes about his character. I highly recommend Mr. Eubanks and would definitely hire him again if ever in need of legal services in the future.

Mr. Baechtold's professionalism and overall work ethic were hands down the best. He also was honest and prepared me for the situation at hand. Secondly, I always felt safeguarded because his reputation followed that. In addition, he was highly recommended by a dear friend.

I would not have trusted anyone else to handle my divorce. Jim always helped ease my nerves about going in the courtroom. There really aren't "winners" in a divorce, but if you are facing someone who you are worried might try to screw you over I would highly suggest hiring Jim. He is an aggressive and tenacious attorney that always has his client's best interest in mind.

Mr. Eubanks helped me considerably last year with a criminal defense related to a traffic stop. Mr. Eubanks knowledge of the local rules, court proceedings, and local law enforcement practices, coupled with his knowledge of state and federal laws and court rulings all worked together in my favor. Mr. Eubanks is direct with county officials in getting necessary evidence that they may be in possession for cases. His ability to obtain evidence from the county enabled an agreement that resulted in a minor infraction, that could have probably been also beat in a jury trial. He knew precisely what evidence to seek out based upon his experience locally. Also, I learned a lot from him for my future endeavors regarding my rights as a U.S. citizen in our regular calls. I'll always call him a friend for sticking with me for 12+ months. Among lawyers in the Richmond and Madison County area, few, if any, have the experience, professionalism, and rapport with the whole community, as Mr. Eubanks.
