I have been working with this firm since July and I have not received my final wills or trust documents. I submitted the original form and yet they did not include the information I asked on the original draft documents. Additionally, they have not provided any follow-up or feedback to complete my documents. This firm wasted my time. Sadly, it's almost 2 months later and no calls or anything.

I hired this firm because Gary Warren personally told me he would be my attorney. I was going through a high-conflict divorce from an abusive ex-husband who is also an attorney, while raising six children alone, including one with special needs. I trusted Gary’s experience, but shortly after I hired him, I was suddenly told—without explanation—that another attorney I had never met would be taking over my entire case. I was not given a choice. Once she took over, my case declined quickly. My ex violated orders, withheld support, and nothing was enforced despite my repeated requests. During all of this, I reached out to Gary many times for help or oversight. He never responded to a single message. In the end, my final decree left out essential protections, including support for my special-needs child and retirement safeguards. I am filing a State Bar complaint and have extensive documentation.
