Hired Law Firm

Does not respond to client in a timely manner. Does not use due diligence in representing her client. Her client is at the Court's mercy without benefit of the facts that Ms. Smith is there to provide. Her clients can represent themselves better than Ms. Smith has shown she can.

Hired Attorney Atty. Elizabeth Smith

She’s a thief who has stolen my children’s child support money and also has no respect for disabled veterans. She lies to judges constantly and it was proven in my court case through the court transcript. Also because of her lies and my ex wife’s lies my children now need therapy due to wanting to commit suicide instead of protecting children from the family court system she only makes it worse.

Hired Attorney Atty. Elizabeth Smith

Does not have a good understanding of abuse and the effects of it on family members. Does not have a good understanding on how manipulators work and again the effects manipulation has on children and the ex. Seems biased or just lacks knowledge?

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
